This mushroom risotto is a staple dish made in my household that I've worked to improve for quite some time. This is the end result and its quite delightful! Notes of salty parmesan mixed with wine deglazed mushrooms and Arborio rice. What more can you ask for!

This fish fragrant recipe is featured on my blog and such a delightful one at that! The rich flavours of Chile bean paste absorbed into the soft, yet chewy eggplant pieces is a great addition for any Chinese style meal! I generally serve it along side my hand-pulled noodles to play with flavour and texture.

New Wok Style Rice Cake Veggie Ramen! (10 minutes)

Here's a quick lunch for in between meetings (recommended over my first ramen recipe above). This wok style ramen cooks at a high speed while developing a quick flavourful base made with miso, hot chilli powder, garlic, ginger and scallions! The rice cakes and oyster mushrooms absorb the flavour like a sponge!
