Miso Soup

The easiest and fastest soup you'll ever make! Packed with chard, green onions, tofu and dry seaweed.. this recipe is so warm and cozy for a pre-meal or afternoon sip!

Mise En Place: 

  • 3 tbsp miso paste

  • 2-3 cups of vegetable/mushroom broth

  • 1/2 cup Tofu Chopped

  • 1/2 cup Black Chard chopped

  • 1-2 Bok choy crowns (Optional)

  • Dried Seaweed sheet

  • 1-2 green onions

How To Make: 

1. Simmer broth on low

2. Add greens and tofu to the broth and cook for 5 minutes until tender

3. On the side, add miso paste to a bowl of hot water and mix until it evaporates in the water (no chunks!) 

5. Take the pot off the heat and add in dried seaweed sheets to melt in the soup

6. Add miso water mixture slowly while you stir

7. Enjoy! (you can add some extra green onions on top if you want)
